“We stayed in a Classic Room at Hotel Santa Cecilia, and it was exactly as pictured—warm, inviting, and tastefully decorated with local artwork. The linens were clean, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, always arranging taxis promptly when needed. “The hotel is really well located and the rooms in the higher floors have a great view. The size of our room was fine (1 king size and 1 bed sofa). Really good qualty shampoo/conditioner/body lotion (a bottle of water would have been nice to have). Nice temperate pool and gym! One problem in the room was that the bed sofa was not bedded, and the hotel seems to think is more convenient to allow guests to bed the sofa. This wasnt so convenient when arriving late at the hotel with a 5 year old...

“Personalen och läget är utmärkt. Nära in till stan och det går transport från hotellet varje hel timme efter kl18:00 och upphämtning inne i stan varje 15 minuter över heltimme fram till 22:00. Men taxi är otroligt billigt med. Lite uppgradering på rummen behövs göras men ett väldigt trevligt ställe att bo på. ”

“El personal fue muy amable, nos recibió Carlos y en todo momento resolvió nuestras dudas de manera muy cordial, además, el centro de la ciudad queda a 10 minutos caminando, la zona es muy segura, las instalaciones estaban impecables y la decoración se sentía “fresca”, sin duda alguna regresaría. ”

“Everyone was welcoming and warm. Alejandro and everyone were always helpful whether requesting a tour or a ride. Location is in a great spot- convenient to restaurants, shops and galleries! WiFi was not very stable but there’s a cafe across the street where I worked and have my morning coffee. The bed is firm and sheets are good quality. I slept really well! I highly recommend 👍👍”

“We stayed at Hotel Abu for a week between Christmas and New Years 2025. We loved the comfortable room and central location. The hotel is kept very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast provided. I want to highlight staff who were extra helpful to us as we speak very little Spanish. We left some valuables in our room at checkout and before we discovered this staff contacted us and is helping us ship them back to us- amazing service!”

“Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Room turned out to lack outside window though, seems this is quite common here in Mexico unless you pay big money. Disappointed, main reason for not giving 5 stars. Hotel has a nice cafeteria and rooftop relaxing area. So general amenities are nice.”
