"Wonderful location and excellent service! My one suggestion would be to offer larger sizes in the yukatas to be more inclusive. Also check the consistency - I asked for the largest size on the first day and it was perfect, the next day they changed it to a smaller size when the room was cleaned, and when I requested the largest size again it was much smaller. I thought it was mis-labeled, but the next one was a little bigger although not entirely comfortable. So they vary a lot in actual size."

"Ett fint hotell med fin takterass men det var mönga småsaker som störde. Dels så fick jag aldrg upp någon strykbräda under hela veckan (många möte o middagar), man fick köa in till frukosten ofta (kaffet var inte så gott o dåligt m bröd), handfatet är i rummet och inte i badrummet o jag lyckades aldrig få bort japanskan på de engelska tv kanlerna. Området är heller inte särskilt roligt. Mest kontor, konferensanläggning och shoppingcenter. Men fint run med fantastisk utsikt, även vid frukosten."

"We had booked a spacious room, which we got, but when entering the room we were hit by a foul odor of cigarettes, and it was a non-smoking room. We went to complain and while they were understanding, they instead put us in a smaller corner room which is not what we had booked. I will not be back."
