Fabulous Renovated Architect Villa perfect for a peaceful getaway in Austria

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 4-bedroom country house in Austria. The lovely home features three full beds and one queen bed, comfortably accommodating guests. Two bathrooms include a jetted bathtub and a bidet and an infrared sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Guests can also take advantage of the cozy heating and a fitness room (in working) to stay active. Hiking is literally available from the entrance door of the House. Climbing is appx 500 m away. Ternberg the village we belong to with Trattenbach itself has several great Restaurants as well as coffees to relax into the Alp Scenery. You can shop at Interspar also a the same village (2 min by Car). The Train takes you to our village Trattenbach appx 1.2km away from our door, however we suggest having a rental car for best flexibility over weekends especially.

you can visit neighboring villages like Reichraming for a water playground (a bigger one) where you can also swim in the river, although at our house 100m away is another water playground to play at for little ones with a proper long sledge and sand toy box.

Steyr is a medieval town appx 15 mins by Car is beautiful with its old Church and walking inner city and nice Restaurants and coffees. This is where you might find anything else you need for sure.

Enjoy your stay at our former "Gasthouse" renovated by an Architect to make it marvellously convinient and fresh with Air inside and oustide as well on the private Porch to drink your coffee or Tea.
