Casa Nerina is a characteristic and welcoming independent house made of stone. It sleeps four people. From Casa Nerina you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Marmore falls at a distance, of the forest and of the greenary. Casa Nerina is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the borough of Torreorsina, where you will find a restaurant and a grocery store. You will reach Casa Nerina from the parking area going up approximately three stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Nerina you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Please note that access to Casa Nerina is along a narrow road.

The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a big fireplace made of stone. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
First FloorBedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter two balconies through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
