I oftenly want to take a drink or glas of wine in the room. In this case in this nice room there were only a couple of cheap awful looking plastic glases. I understand that its not suitable to have fragile drinkingglases in glas, but please find some nice maybe washable plastic glases. It will ikeep and increase the nice atmosphere.

âWonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served weather permitting) and the executive rooms on to the cathedral are spectacular. All the staff is super friendly and keen to help. The hotel or relais is beautifully decorated and everything is spotlessly clean. That is also true for the rooms which all have antique furniture. âLovely place just outside of the old town. You can reach the historic part of Siena by foot and it takes approximately 10-15 minutes.
The building is a bit noisy but not too much. Maybe not ideal during the busy season.
Parking is free on the street outside the Villa.
Avoid the bar closeby when you exit the hotel and turn right towards old Siena. The one with the magnificent view. We paid 16 euros for breakfast for two.â
