“The staff. Krista was excited and excellent worker and helped us. The maids came in daily cleaning. In the past, they only came in once a week The only problem was broken glass in our parking space. We told the front desk and maintenance was to clean. They did not.”

“From the kind and efficient service at the front desk to the clean, well appointed room my entire experience was first rate. My small suite was quiet, and the balcony overlooking the river was a nice place to sit. The complimentary drinks and breakfast buffet were a lovely and unexpected bonus. l've stayed in a number of hotels in Yakima and this was the best l've experienced. 10/10 would stay here again.”
