The Space
The property has undergone a complete renovation (completed in early August 2026), including the replacement of all electrical, gas, and air conditioning systems. Each room is equipped with its own air conditioning unit (Daikin) and a dimmable LED lighting system, allowing you to create lighting effects that suit your mood or promote relaxation. The apartment features a security entrance door and triple-glazed windows to ensure maximum thermal and acoustic comfort. Access is managed via a key card; in addition to unlocking the door, the card activates the apartment's electrical systems (with the exception of the refrigerator and air conditioning units, which remain active at all times). The system is designed so that removing the card from its slot not only cuts off the electricity but also shuts the gas and water solenoid valves, ensuring complete safety against potential gas leaks or water spills (a gas detection system is also installed; if triggered, it shuts the gas valve and alerts the host via the alarm control panel). For guests seeking extra security, there is also an optional burglar alarm system.
To top it all off, there is a wonderful terrace offering views of the sea and the Frangipane Castle, whose main tower overlooks Terracina's historic center.
