âMycket trevligt hotell med utmĂ€rkt service och mycket bekvĂ€ma sĂ€ngar. Restaurangen Ă€r ocksĂ„ mycket bra. Inte jĂ€ttecentralt men fungerande gĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till större delen av downtown. Rekommenderas varmt.â

âBooked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation.
Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout. We didnât have time to use...

âThey we both very nice and helpful, I asked if could be placed in a first floor room due my mobility disability, they were able to accommodate us and even privided me with plastic ware when the restaurant that we ordered foid from didn't include it. Quiet location with a nice view of the west hills Portland area. Clean room. Definitely recommending it

âHilton was very central but have the issues large Hilton has. Understaffed reception (only one person during my state) gave 15 min waiting time. The 25 dollar breakfast was a pretty bad, not worth it. Not healthy for sure. â

Breakfast included but it lacked in quality and taste. Nobody in the family liked it.
Not enough towels in the room even though it was booked for a family of four. We had to get those ourselves.
Expensive parking. We were informed it was going to be $ 52 but it turned out to be $ 62. I guess itâs because the our car is oversized. Still faulty information though.
If all this is Hyatt we wonât be staying again. We put time into making an informed decision and are very disappointed about the outcome, the hotel isnât cheap either. There are plenty of hotels, especially in a larger city."
