âThis was our second time staying at Locanda Gulfi and we enjoyed our visit thoroughly. We included a wine tasting and ate dinner at the hotel so it was almost 24 hours of relaxation and enjoyment where we did not leave the vineyard grounds at all. The pool is gorgeous and the staff are warm and courteous. Highly recommend during a month when you are able to enjoy the pool!â

âWe had a very positive experience at Tramonto Ibleo. The property is new, very clean, and extremely well planned. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are excellent, and the overall structure feels thoughtful and welcoming. The view of the mountains from the hotel is absolutely beautiful and adds to the charm.
Thereâs a spacious garage available, which is great because having a car is highly recommended. While the nearby beach is not the best, you're just a short drive from stunning spots like...

"Made a reservation with a baby crib. The night of arrival I get an email with that the reserved baby crib is in use by other guest and we cannot have the one we reserved. This was after the cancellation policy ended. No effort made in compensating or trying to solve the issue. Service level is lower than you would expect of a 1 star hotel in Italy. There are a lot of good hotels and places to stay in Syracuse, my recommendation - stay somewhere else. "

"For anyone who didnât look at all the photos of this hotel, youâll be staying in a petrol station, on the main road leading to Modica. While we could have looked through to image 25 and the satellite images, we had unfortunately not done so this time (but will be sure to do so in the future).
This was the start to a stay that left a lot to be desired. Cleaning at this supposedly 4 star property apparently does not involve ensuring that the bathroom is stocked with soap and schampoo. Neither does it involve removing dirty dishes (coffee cups provided by the hotel) nor does it involve changing visibly dirty bed linen. Just making the bed up as is and putting the dishes on the side is enough here.
The hotel also claim to have a private beach. We were sent on a wild goose chase by the front desk to find said beach, only to find that the place they sent us to didnât exist, and once we had managed to find this supposedly private beach, it was indeed very private, but not for the guests of this hotel - but rather for guests staying at their separate hotel located on the beach.
All in all, this is a fantastic hotel if you want to spend your holiday keeping track on those who runs from their bill at the gas station. "
