Roads are maintained in the winter, but having a winter-capable vehicle is necessary.

Other Things to Note:

• This home has a firm maximum occupancy of 12 guests

• There can be lots of snow in the winter & highly recommend that guests have a four-wheel drive vehicle, winter driving experience, & winter tires.

• Exterior cameras are located above the garage and on the front door of the home, covering the driveway and entryway only. We respect and prioritize guest privacy.

• Events, weddings, receptions, parties, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
