Our newly renovated apartment offers space for 1-2 people, on request also for 2 adults with child.



The apartment is located on the 9th floor of a well-kept apartment building. It has a 25 square meter roof terrace with south-west orientation. The panoramic windows round off the feel-good atmosphere.



In the living area there is an approx. 8 sqm platform. From here you can even enjoy the lake and mountain views from the sofa. The double bed with 2 high-quality new mattresses is integrated into the platform and can be pulled out. If required, the sofa with sleeping function can be used for a third person. The extraordinary living ambience conveys pure joie de vivre.



The highlight is and remains the roof terrace, which invites you to chill out with 2 large sun loungers and makes any stay even more pleasant.



You can easily reach the apartment via a passenger elevator up to the 8th floor. From there you have to walk one more floor up the stairs.



A parking space is available outside.
