Villa El Portet Beach Àr en lyxvilla för 10 personer som ligger i det lyxiga El Portet-distriktet i Moraira. Bara 1 km frÄn den trevliga staden Moraira och 150 m frÄn stranden, kan allt nÄs till fots. Olika mysiga restauranger och barer finns ocksÄ inom gÄngavstÄnd. Till och med snabbköpet ligger runt hörnet. Villa El Portet Beach har en trevlig pool och stort utekök med fast grill. Dessutom en vacker lounge terrass med vidstrÀckt utsikt över havet till Àven IFACH-klippan vid Calpe.
Vistelsen i vÄr vackra spanska villa med en stor naja lÀmnar inget övrigt att önska!
MedelhavstrÀdgÄrden som omger villan Àr ocksÄ en bild. För den sportiga finns en kajak och en SUP-surfbrÀda i garaget.
Villan har ett lugnt lÀge med mycket avskildhet. VÀgen framför huset Àr en ÄtervÀndsgrÀnd, bara en trappa till havet i slutet.
Villan Àr byggd i 2 plan med totalt 5 sovrum, 3 badrum, olika terrasser och en underbar pool med mycket avskildhet. Denna villa garanterar en fantastisk semester!
Vi har ett annat hus sedan 2015 som verkligen Àr vÀrt det. Denna ligger nÄgot högre upp pÄ berget, ca 400 m frÄn havet med vacker havsutsikt. Om du anger numret 1931002 i homeaway aktivitetsfÀltet (i fÀltet: "vart vill du Äka"), kommer du att se alla bilder, priser etc. Eftersom vi har haft detta hus en lÀngre tid Àr vi Àven Homeaway Premium Partner och har mÄnga 5 ***** recensioner!



Vardagsrum 1 och kök - BottenvÄning
Rymligt, ljust vardagsrum med spanskt klinkergolv, öppet kök (utrustat med alla bekvÀmligheter som diskmaskin, kyl, frys, ugn, (Nespresso) kaffebryggare), med sittgrupp och matplats. Men du kommer att vilja spendera det mesta av din tid pÄ den angrÀnsande naja (tÀckt terrass) eller vid poolen med angrÀnsande utekök. Najan nÄs frÄn vardagsrummet genom de stora skjutdörrarna.


Sovrum 1 - BottenvÄning (samma nivÄ som vardagsrummet och köket)
Ett rymligt rum med fönster med myggnÀt och luftkonditionering. Mycket garderobsutrymme. PÄ denna vÄning finns Àven ett stort badrum med badkar, toalett och handfat.


Sovrum 2 - BottenvÄning
Vackert rymligt sovrum pÄ bottenvÄningen med inbyggd garderob, myggnÀt i fönstren och luftkonditionering. Mittemot sovrummet finns badrum med badkar och toalett.

Lovely location, but a couple of issues

The villa is in a lovely location close to the beach. We were a family of 8. The front naya of the villa served us well for family entertainment with the large table and seating area. We had two main lights out in two of the bedrooms which made the room dark, the bedding looked a little tired and as we had three members of our family who were particularly tall the bedding of single duvet covers was not suitable so we ended up buying new bedding. The swimming pool area was also lovely however we had a five year old with us and felt it wasn’t particularly suitable with its sharp tiled edges and resulted in her cutting her chin and a trip to the a and e to be stitched. As a family we felt the villa was ideal for walking to the beach and into town and although we had a few issues overall we had a lovely stay. The last three nights we had cockroaches in the downstairs utility/bathroom and bedroom areas which we informed the manager. We understand that this does happen in properties in hot countries. The few issues that arised however did not impact on us having a lovely holiday.

Wij hadden het heel gezellig in het fantastisch ingerichte huis. De ligging, uitzicht en mooie plaats zijn uitstekend. Het zwembad top!Een punt: Het kon schoner zijn vooral de keuken en tafels smerig en somige handdoeken en beddengoed zijn aan vervanging toe.

An Amazing Holiday

This a superb villa. Its location is quiet, away from the bustle of El Portet. It's very well equipped, although could benefit from a couple of parasols. Everything you could need is there in the house and there is even a kayak, paddle board and two bikes. It's literally a 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 -15 minutes into beautiful Moraira town. The villa's swimming pool was very well used during our stay, as was the outside kitchen and BBQ. We were a party of 9, Grandparents, parents and grandchildren. The youngest was only 4 months old and the villa provides a lovely cot and high chair.There is a large terrace at the front with sea views and a good spot to watch the bats at night. The roof terrace is also a great sunbathing spot in the day or cocktails at night. Also helpful owners and housekeeper. Nothing to find fault with.

We have just enjoyed another splendid holiday in this villa. It is all and more than we could ask for. It is high quality, perfectly maintained, the location is amazing and the recent addition of heating to the swimming pool has made a big difference. It’s a highly recommended stay.

Great Villa

Excellent Villa, with a great pool and facilities, beach really close with bars and an excellent restaurant. Great to get fresh croissants in the morning from the bakery a couple of hundred yards. The villa was perfect for us as a family with our parents too, there is plenty of room with several areas where you can go to relax away from the others if necessary. The large dining table on the veranda was perfect for the family meals. We had a wonderful time and we found it very relaxing. We will be returning.

Wonderful

Such a beautiful villa in a stunning location. The views from the terrace were lovely and the villa was stocked up with all the things you need for every day living. We couldn’t fault anything, but as others have mentioned it would have been nice to have had mirrors in the bedrooms. The location is just perfect, near a beautiful beach and about a 20 minute walk into Moraira. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly and check in and out faultless. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in a heart beat ❀. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Villa El Portet

Lovely Villa in a quiet location, just a two minute walk to the beach. The beach is quite small so gets busy at weekends, when the locals use it and would be cosy in the peak season. Moraira is a scenic walk along the coast taking around 25mins to all the shops and restaurants. Locally there is a small supermarket which supply's the essentials and is run by a lovely British family, with fresh loaves of bread and croissants each day. La casita restaurant is close by and worth a visit especially on Bar b Q night and there is another restaurant by the beach along with a small bar.

Fantastic first stay in El Portet

Beautiful villa spotlessly clean and very comfortable, beds fantastic and as a group of 9 ladies loved the single duvets on the big beds. Excellent location a couple of minutes walk to El Portet beach and just a 15mins stroll into Moraira. Fantastic outdoor spaces to eat and relax and a beautiful pool. Only additional thing we would have liked is a full length mirror and a mirror in each of the bedrooms. This did not detract in any way from our fabulous holiday and i most definitely would stay in this villa and this resort again.

Outstanding house and surrounding

Yvonne and Pleune are the best hosts we ever had! The house itself is perfectly located with a wonderful view on the Ifach mountain and the sea. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach of El Portet with it’s nice beach bars and tapas and sunset. The city of Moraira is only a twenty minutes walk away with all it’s nice restaurants and shops. Beautiful villa in a great location, is 150 meters from beach but up a very steep hill, so party members with limited mobility struggle. However views and quality of villa are excellent.

Beautiful villa in excellent location

Property was of a high standard and very clean. We liked having several outdoor areas to sit and eat/drink. Kitchen was well-equipped. Really close to the lovely beach. Maybe not ideal for very young children/infants as there is no security around the pool and a number of unprotected steps.

Beautiful villa with all you need for an fabulous family holiday !

We were a family of 8 ranging from 8 months to 65 years of age. The property is really well set up with plenty of towels, A/C in all bedrooms and rooms and plenty of crockery including a teapot which was well used ! The outside shower was really useful, hot and private! We had mixed weather and the outdoor covered space meant we could still be outside mostly! We managed without a car, however the small local supermarket is only open short days so a walk to Moraira was required for provisions. The in- door seating areas were for 5 -6 people, however there were plenty of outdoor options! The local contact ( Ulli) sorted a broken tap the following day and her communication was excellent! There was plenty of baby equipment for more than one baby. The beach at El Portet is excellent and we swam in the sea. We ate at La Casita 3 times and it was excellent food and service! We would love to return !

Une belle maison agréable à vivre...

La maison est trÚs agréable à vivre, toute proche de la plage, joliment meublée et décorée. Elle est trÚs bien entretenue, trÚs propre. Le padel et kayak à disposition ont été aussi trÚs appréciés. Nous la louerons sûrement à nouveau. Merci ! Marie

What to say: -great pool, not that big -short walk to the beach, but steeply -very good BBQ area including gas and charchoal grill -interior in very good shape -garden and terrace also in very good shape -local contact very helpful and kind Thanks to Pleun and Ulli for this great stay!
