LAYOUT: The SCARLETT villa, of Mediterranean construction, is organized on two floors. We access the property through an entrance that gives us access to a space formed by a bar with several high chairs. To our right, the independent kitchen is fully equipped with elements necessary for preparing delicious meals. To our left are the first two bedrooms, one with a trundle bed and the other with a double bed. Between them there is a bathroom with a bathtub. Back in the hall, we can go to the large living room consisting of two dining tables, three fabric sofas with capacity for all guests and access to the pool terrace. We access the lower floor by taking some external stairs located near the pool. As soon as we enter we find an American kitchen that leads to the living room and dining room. To our left we will have two bedrooms with a double bed each. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with shower.



EXTERIOR: Upon entering the property we have access to a large entrance with a covered area under a porch located on our left with capacity for two vehicles. The main terrace is located in the upper part of the villa and has a swimming pool, barbecue area, outdoor dining table and a small chill out space. Sun loungers are located near the pool to enjoy sunbathing or relaxing. The view is really beautiful and exclusive to contemplating the sunrise or sunset. Going down the stairs near the pool we will find another relaxation area located in front of the access door on the ground floor. This space offers us total independence for a moment of relaxation.



SITUATION: Villa Scarlett is located in a quiet and residential area of Moraira. It offers calm in the middle of nature and a magnificent view of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. It is just a few minutes from all services such as restaurants, large supermarkets and activities in the charming town of Moraira.
