“This location is ideal for commuting in and out of Nanaimo and comes with an amazing view. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom does have a shower. There are also separate thermostats upstairs and even in the bathroom which will help to keep you warm on cooler evenings. “Tannis and Hans are charming hosts who made our visit special and personal. Our room was sweetly decorated and, importantly, had a very comfortable queen bed. Hans prepared delicious breakfasts each of our two mornings, over which we had fun and interesting conversation. After breakfast check out the charming pond-side village created by Hans. As an extra convenience, the couple was kind enough to let us charge our EV in the carport. ”

“Between the location, the property itself, cleanliness and all the amenities this is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. And that is still true even with the major drawback of the property- the pull out bed in the second bedroom. This is not a top tier pull out in terms of comfort. If I stayed again I would bring an air mattress. But even including this bed, the stay here was amazing abd obe of the best VRBO experiences I have had.”

“This property is not fancy but it is very clean, affordable, safe, and very close to the ocean. There are lots of walking trails nearby and it's a very safe, clean community. The grounds of the property are lovely with a nice pool and hot tub. The front desk personnel are so helpful and pleasant.”
