“What a delightful stay”

“I’m so sorry that I’m late for my review, but I really do appreciate your staff especially K2. I was having a very rough time at the beginning of my stay. I did not enjoy the bathrooms and was told that the rooms that I have been assigned we’re on the list to get their bathrooms renovated, so I was assigned to a room with a disgusting bathroom that I could not be able to bathe myself nor my toddler after being put in a second room where the bathroom was actually much worse I broke down at the...

“The staff was very nice and friendly, the room was very clean and the walk in shower was great.Lots of parking and the breakfast was excellent.”

“Hot tub was fine however there was construction all along the front of the hotel, there was no Wi-Fi, had to go to the casino side if I wanted to use Wi-Fi the night desk ladies attitude could be a little bit better she could be a little nicer and a little more helpful but the daytime staff was awesome I mean very enthusiastic very nice and love them. In spite of the lack of Wi-Fi it was a nice stay overall, though I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. ”

“The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated.”

“this is a safe feeling area for the down town location. we loved the furnished kitchen and full refrigerator -and the breakfast was excellent! lots of parking -even for our trailers. ”

“The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud.”

“I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. ”

“Well thanks to Expedia we got the wrong room and could not change because of third party booking. The hot tub wasn’t working which was a big part of our booking because we were traveling a long distance. Water pressure was terrible in sink and shower. The corridor to the room was hot because AC wasn’t working. Many reasons to be cautious next time I’m booking with Expedia and Homewood Suites.”

“The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. Then there was the bedding. The bedding had stains on sheets and bedspreads and blankets. The towels did not smell good and there was hair on the new towels - Not my hair or any of...
