“Great location for medical area. Nice amenities. Good breakfast buffet. Clean rooms.”

“The issues we had; we were there from Thurs to Sunday and never saw cleaning staff. I even told staff to clean and they didn’t. Also, we called down for clean towels and they never came. Had to go down to get them ourselves. Also, there is no 24 hr shuttle as advertised. It’s only for the Medical Center transports. The other issue is there are no good nearby restaurants making it expensive to stay here. The location is only good for the stadium and that is a 40 minute walk at least. Ubers back...

“Nice place to stay, clean and friendy staff. Offer a 2 mile complimantary shuttle service, which is nice but travel too short to make a difference. No stores close by except for the very expensive hotel shop. Overall I think this hotel might be a bit overpriced.”

“The front desk staff are pretty unhelpful, especially if you’re arriving later in the night. I would advise calling them multiple times to make sure they have your listing. They removed my reservation despite calling them. They seemed to have no access to their own email, so if booking through a third party app, calling to confirm, and then calling again, and again, is the way. I would avoid if you’re arriving late.”

“The staff could not have been any more accommodating. Front desk was polite, knowledgeable and aiming to please. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was what you would expect. I made use of the complementary shuttle for an appointment I had at Houston Methodist. Sergio, the driver was kind enough to make sure he got me back to the hotel in time to meet a scheduled ride I had to the airport. It was a quick trip and time sensitive. “We booked this hotel kind of last minute, so I was a little nervous- The property itself seems a little bit older, but the owners have done an excellent job maintaining this property. We had a room with a kitchen and everything looked freshly painted. The parking lot lines and exterior looked freshly painted. The grout, sheets, and towels were all bright white- we were very pleasantly surprised. Both staff at the front desk that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.”
