“Clean rooms. Nice and modern place. Perfect if you're just passing by Amarillo and need a nice place to stay. But why the sliding doors to the bathroom?”

“I had a nice stay for one night. Quiet and calm area and near the highway. The thing that pulls the grade down is that the sound from Doors slamming in the corridor was very loud. ”

“Rooms not serviced daily, must go get your own clean towels at the front desk. The bed mattress is cheap and VERY uncomfortable”

“We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room particularly we killed a roach on the TV counter and a spider was in the bed when pulling back the sheets. It may have been because the room did have a terrace (door to the balcony). I notified the staff when checking out and they were receptive of the notification and said they would get the room sprayed. The front desk personnel were friendly and courteous even with late check-in.”

“Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!”

“Check in was quick and clerk was very personable. We had a king suite w kitchenette and couch. The bed was wonderful. The walk in shower was big with good water pressure. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, tortillas with salsa and shredded cheese. Then the usual yogurt, boiled eggs, toast, bagels, cereals and waffle maker.”

“The room was very clean and had everything I needed for a one night stay. The breakfast was solid. Bagel, yogurt, and coffee. The only issue I had was parking. He'd to park a bit away from the hotel as the hotel parking was full.”

“We have stayed at this location multiple times in the past 5 years. It has always been clean and the staff friendly. We have chosen this location due to the no pets policy it has had, however that has changed. We have nothing against pets, however my spouse is very allergic to the dander. It is one thing to allow service animals, but I personally saw 6 dogs during our 2 day stay and only 1 had on a service vest. The small elevator smelled like dog which is stomach turning when you are...

“Room was dirty and smelly. Parking lot was dirty with dog waste at multiple places. Refrigerator was out of order. When I called reception they answered after multiple attempts but hung up. I highly discourage customers to use this place.”

“Our stay was great. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The location was within walking distance of restaurants. The front desk hostess, Melissa, exhibited extreme professionalism under duress by responding to the needs of the guests in the dining area and at the front desk. All the while maintaining a positive caring attitude. Definitely a person who needs a promotion.”
