âRooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and very close to the air port and that's the only reason we stay there. There is a trans, black man, at the front desk who is extremely rude. I've complained a lot about his behavior but whenever we go he/she is still there with his attitude. He also takes his kid to work and he's in the lobby and I think that's wrongâ

âLiked the room, bed, air conditioning (100 degrees out), & outside pool. The staff and breakfast were great (a good variety of hot & cold foods like eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc.). The hot tub bubbler did not work and the stool flush broke but was fixed. The accessible room was nice, but far from elevator on 8th floor! We would stay again. â
âI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good nightâs sleep. The room was spacious, offering plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was also spotlessly clean, from the lobby to the bathroom. Staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, a great experience â Iâd definitely stay here again.â

âAs a solo-traveller, I felt very safe here. It seemed to be mostly families or couples staying here. The room was clean, spacious and had good AC, but was quite humid and smelled a bit wierd when the AC wasn't running. Convenient parking and only 20 minutes wit car into San Antonio center. Very nice to have a clean pool to relax in. The breakfast was okay for being in the US (only disposable one-time use material though). I would definately come back!â
âHad some issues in the beginning as far as the bedding, but they were easily able to quickly fix it. No issues after the outside area was gorgeous. Will definitely stay here again. Perfect location.â
