"Exklusivit boende som man inte hinner utnyttja. För barnfamiljer finns det mesta att aktivera med. Det blir för stort och mycket av allt så mysigheten försvinner och man är ett Får i skocken. Poolen kan man simna någon km utan att vända. Frukost är nog bland det bästa och det finns en vuxen del av den och stranden, kan vara skönt om man inte har barn med sig."

"We stayed in this hotel for over a week. It was not a pleasant stay for us. We did not have hot water running in the bathroom for three days! We asked multiple times the reception to fix it. After ignoring our request for two days in row, finally they sent someone to fix it. The technician fixed the hot water but it was only working for few hours until it stopped working again. On the third day after contacting the reception again, someone came and fixed it finally. a few days later at night our air conditioner started to make a loud noise waking up us and then started to leak water and stopped working. Afterwards with the room getting hot gradually and the AC continuing leaking on the floor it was impossible to sleep and rest. All these showing this hotel is definitely not maintained properly and the staff/hotel management not caring about guests comfort, so we witnessed so many issues. On another incident the cleaning lady had collected our child's teddy bear together with the bedsheets and linen. We asked and followed up again multiple times until they found it and we could get it back with no apologies even offered! The playroom for kids was too small with limited toys/stuff. There was not much happening in the neighborhood around the hotel as well. You need to spend 15-30 minutes with taxi to get to some happening somewhere in Phuket. At the beach nearby the hotel, there is no chairs/beds managed by the hotel. We will not go there again. "
