From all staff! Everybody was super friendly, helpful and was doing everything to give us this excellent experience! Defently five stars for all staff!! Outside the hotel theyâre building a bridge, but we didnât got bothered about it during our stay apart from when leaving the hotel to go somewhere with taxi, cause that made the queues very long. â
âTrevligt hotell, fin anlĂ€ggning med stor hĂ€rlig pool. Servicen var i toppklass och personalen var fantastisk. Rummen (cottage) var stora, trevligt inredda med balkong och utsikt över poolomrĂ„det och Backwaters. Restauranger med stort utbud och god kvalitet, Ă€ven visst utbud av "internationella" rĂ€tter. Enda nackdelen kan vara att hotellet ligger lite avsides, inte gĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till nĂ„got av turistintresse, Ă„ andra sidan kan man hyra bil med chaufför för heldag eller del av dag till en billig...
âAbsolutely phenomenal property. There is a lot to do from fishing and kayaking to pottery and cultural programs. The staff too was exceptional. I regret not getting staff members names as they were very thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend spending a few days at this resort.â
âA comfortable stay with really good food! The 2 bedroom suites are great when youâre traveling with family, as there is a large living area to get together.
The only problem we encountered was with extremely loud music coming from an adjoining property. I guess there was very little our hotel could do about that!â
âA lovely resort. The pool is exceptional. Very clean with nice private bungalows. The food was good and there were excellent touches such as a bird watching walk, and afternoon tea. Delicious food in the restaurant. Beach was very nice. â
âIt was a great experience. A proper retreat and spa. I got a full body massage and so did 2 other members of my family. Will recommend to people for sure. â
âThis property was lovely and we especially enjoyed taking the canoes through the waterway for 7 minutes to the beach. The spa was wonderful and the restaurant on the property is excellent. Fabulous breakfast buffet, and they will make eggs for you. Two nights was not enough here!â
âOk hotel although we were irritated because the manager promised to book a boat for us We specifically said we wanted a small boat to go to the backwaters and not to the lake. He said ok.
The boat that came to pick us up was very big! When asking about that he said it would be safer than a smaller one and when we asked if it really would go to the backwaters he said no- only to the lake, since there are no backwaters! We refused to take the boat and arranged for one ourselves in another place,...
âRemember, this is not about a 5 star stay. This is a family home near the beach. Jimmy, his wife and his son Emile, offer a delightful, 'all we can do to help' environment. It's lovely and your not trashing the environment with loads of ultimately unnecessary extras. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Great home cooking...excellent trips and good aircon. Thanks guys. â
