The price was very reasonable a breakfast was included abd parking was free. Its an old school motel which is spacious and clean. The staff were the best - so friendly and very attentive to anything you need!

âThe check in was quick and thorough, Donna was very down to earth and pleasant . She runs a beautiful Old Victorian house that is so clean and comfortable. Itâs extremely welcoming from the first step you take inside the foyer. Breakfast was delicious and the conversation around the table with the other guests and Donna was great! Itâs really a small world when you get chatting. We havenât been BnB guests in the past, but this trip to the east coast has changed our way of thinking. â

âExcellent room included comfortable king-size bed, sitting area, kitchenette, full laundry in-suite, and tasteful decor. Towels were super soft and oversized, free on-site parking, and a location walkable to many activities and restaurants but in a quiet corner of Charlottetown. Complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh with expansive selections for all tastes and diets. âLots of choices in Charlottetown and we made the right one. Fairholm Boutique Inns oozes character and charm. Our suite was in a beautifully restored Victorian home. Our plane got in after midnight, so Jake texted us a video of where to find the key and how to access our room. After our walks around C'town, we relaxed in the alcoves and sitting areas in our building as well as in our room. Friendly and helpful staff. We really can't say enough good things about Fairholm.â

âFriendly staff. The room was a good size and very clean. Beds very comfortable. Hotel accepts dogs which is a bonus. The continental breakfast and free cocktails during the week are a nice touch. â

"Very good service, hotel condition and amenities. Rooms are sound proof but the big road will make some noises into the rooms facing it.
We asked for another room due ro sounds from the road and even got an upgrade. Big thanks to the personel that help us with this."
