âEtt fint Hotel, som lĂ„g totalt fel en bra bit i frĂ„n centrum, nĂ€stan som i en förort, tuppar som gal redan 4 pĂ„ morgonen, och hundar som stĂ€mde inn i kören, dĂ€r fanns aposlut inget att göra eller att titta pĂ„. Lite synd för det Ă€r ett flott hotel â
âNew hotel, but elegant and hints of French Colonial architecture. Everything works..ac, great shower, bed brilliant etc. Nice breakfast.

âPrisvĂ€rt hotell med fina rum.Rent och snyggt.Frukosten stĂ€ngde lite tidigt (09.30) och satte man inte upp âDo not disturbâsĂ„ knackade dom pĂ„ vid 8-tiden och ville stĂ€da.Men det Ă€r ju inga större problem.Ăr annars mycket nöjd med min vistelse.â

âCheck-in was a breeze and the rooms were great. Our A/C wasnât as cold as weâd liked and the lock on the door was hard to bolt in but other than that, it was an amazing stay.â
âWe stayed at Vientienne overnight to transfer from Laos to Vietnam and choose to stay here. The hotel is brand new and the attention to the details of the staff, their helpfullness and kindness was distinguishing. Spa, pool and rooftop bar was a bonus with a nice view of the monument. They also have a more resort style hotel called Souphattra Heritage, this one looked more like for business travelers which we loved to enjoy the quietness over the weekend.â

Firstly, we booked airport pick up from the hotel, everything was confirmed but in the end they did not send anyone to pick us up, and when we arrived with a taxi they claimed they had no clue the were supposed to pick us up. Secondly, we found another guest entering OUR room without our permission or the hotels knowledge. The hotel stores the keys to the rooms on the counter downstairs, so when no staff...
âNice hotel right next to Thai embassy. Rooms are big, breakfast is a very generous buffet. The management is absolutely amazing. They did everything they could to help us when we run into some trouble during our stay. (Trouble not connected to the hotel) I can highly recommend this place they really shine if you need some assistance during your stay.â
