“It is amazing how a hotel can maintain the most helpful staff at all positions. Shout out to Gio, Candice, Eileen, chef and housekeeping. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. I even like the Zero products in the bathroom.”

The room was listed as having a partial beach view, however, the actual view from the room overlooks the parking lot and a garbage container. “Overall, we enjoyed this hotel. The proximity to the beach/pool were amazing! The included breakfast was a nice benefit and the workout room was great! The automatic $100 “incidentals” fee was a little off-putting, as was the beach chair fee (along with the chair policeman who requested a tip, after charging us.) For a nicer hotel, this felt wrong. Where were we supposed to sit at the beach, if not on a chair? I wish the hotel would consider removing these up-charges. You want your guests to...
