“Let me start out by saying this was exactly what I signed up for: a cheap room next to where I was planning to visit. What I didn't expect was the hospitality provided by the hotel management and their ability to accommodate me when things were not working in my first room. “The staffer rude and I was not told that when you have a dog they have to come in and clean your room everyday. So I told the housekeeper I didn't need any services. Then they sent the head housekeeper banging on my door at 9:00 in the morning not even 10:00 or 11:00. Demanding that I let her in the room and I just got in the night before. They need to teach her customer service cuz her customer service sucks”
