“Great stay close to event center and stores and restaurants. Stony river is a great place to eat at the mall close by. Great smelling soap and the exercise equipment in the room was so convenient.”

“Old hotel, typical American style. Needs renovation, the whole hotel was old and worn. Most of the already poorly equipped gym was unserviceable. It is ok for one night, but not more. Breakfast was not good, but sufficient to get something at least (except the coffee, way too weak, like tea and it was to be honest undrinkable). ”

“Great proximity to Truist Park. My son and I attended a game and walked less than 15 min til we were in the stadium. Room was clean and check in was easy. We had plenty of towels and hot water. Air conditioning worked well.”

“The hotel seems to be very well kept and maintained. Our room was nice. Bathroom was very clean. In my opinion, there should be more lights in the room. The lamps don’t provide great lighting. The breakfast was okay. Great variety of choices. We didn’t get to use most of the amenities due to time.”

“This hotel is terrible. It’s old, dirty and rundown. There are gaps in the tiles, which are a tripping hazard. The elevator bangs and sounds like it will collapse. The wall paper down the halls is peeling. The beds are stiff and uncomfortable. And you can hear noise anll night through the halls. And though it says it’s 1.0 miles to Braves stadium, it’s really over a mile 1/2, making it too far with kiddos. This is a $100/night hotel, not a $280/night hotel. Not even close.”

“In general I like this hotel and I have stayed here in the past as well. This time staying here 4 nights. Was really disappointed when checking out. I had an agreement to have a late checkout since they forgot to clean my room the day before. Came done 30 min after the time agreed and had to pay 65 us dollars for this. I am missing words to be honest. My last stay at this hotel. Service level :(....”

“Staff was great, however, the shower water in multiple rooms had very bad smell to it, property was undergoing construction, phone and various outlets in room didn’t work.”

“Booked a double queen room and upon check in there were only single rooms available. They accommodated us by giving 2 single rooms at no additional charge. Be prepared since there appears to be people who live there on extended stays and there are lots of feral cats being fed right by the rooms. Parking is easy but we were warned to make sure our car was locked. I would not stay there again. We used the rooms as an overnight stay after a Braves game since we could walk to the stadium and that...

“This hotel takes the price for no 1 in extremely poor service. And probably no 2 in poor cleanliness. Had I read the reviews prior I would never have booked. It’s clear that they have had issues with poor customer service, rudeness and a lack of cleanliness.”
