“Very nice, well maintained, hotel in Bethesda. Our corner suite was very spacious for two adults and a child.
Breakfast was more than okay where the highlight is a freshly made-to-order omelettes and waffles. Only nit-pick is the use of plastic utensils and plastic glasses for juice. In the age of environmental hazards, let's limit plastic use. Not to mention, they break easy.
Parking was ample even though it's a $28 extra charge per night.
Nice complimentary evening drinks and snacks!...

“Very disappointing stay. The hotel was advertised as newly renovated, but that was four years ago—come on. It felt worn out, and our room was dirty on arrival. We were promised a room change, but when we went to get the new room, it was no longer available. On top of that, they misplaced our dry cleaning and we had to ask four times before anything happened. None of the staff seemed properly trained—really not acceptable.
The location was perfect, and the doormen and porter were excellent, but...
