“Mold by the showers, pubic hairs on the toilet and on the bed sheets. Ceiling had spots of noticeable leaks. I asked the front desk for assistance and they were no help. Did not even offer me no new bed sheets. The bed sheets were dirty and we had to sleep on the towels due to how dirty it was. There was even men’s semen stains on the floor. Floor was sticky and not mopped. If we didn’t just get done with a 5 hour drive night we would have slept in the car. I asked for a refund from Expedia and...

“Rekommenderas inte, ingen personal i receptionen, endast någon automat. Väldigt mycket pundare som stryker omkring hotellt och inne på hotellet. Uteliggare som sov vid poolen. Mycket som inte fungerade vid frukosten t.ex. juice maskin, brödrost m.m.”

“The room was comfortable and quiet. The gym was well stocked.”

“It was a completely fine stay before our early flight out. Room was big, shower was divine after 7 days hiking through the parks. Everything was super clean and comfortable and staff was polite and knowledgeable. Good restaurants within walking distance. I will stay there again if we go back.”

“Jättetrevlig o serviceminded personal. Bra parkering utanför och bra frukost”

“Breakfast was overcooked each of the four days with eggs rubbery and brown in spots, potatoes cooked hard and inedible, and sausage cooked to resemble hockey pucks. The carpet in my room had crumbs and other debris. When I complained to housekeeping, I was told only used towels were replaced on multi day stays: no cleaning, no bed making, no replacing of Al, used towels.”

“Very friendly front desk staff ❤️”

“Underbart ställe. Underbar personal.”

“Frukosten var ganska bra men inte fantastisk. Saknade Bagels och bacon.”

“Excelente opción para una parada rápida”

“The hotel was clean , rooms were nice and I liked the coffee in the lobby .”

“I have stayed many times and find the staff friendly and helpful. This was a 4 day stay. What I didn't like was that you could not turn the heat up in the room higher than 70 degrees. I am from Arizona so I was a little chilly. This seems to be a new thing. There should be some consideration of going up a few degrees from 70 as winter is beginning.”

“Ett bra hotell med ok frukost. Vi behövde ett bra hotell att vila upp oss på. ”
