Tastefully-decorated and offering spectacular views off its balcony, this spacious, family-friendly, mountainside condo is located within the Chateau Ridge Development, right next to Blue Mountain Resort's Happy Valley Ski Hill. Inside, guests of this spacious rental will enjoy the full, well-equipped kitchen with attached breakfast bar and wine cooler, large dining room table, perfect for dining and game nights, and a cozy living area warmed by a wood-burning fireplace.

What's nearby:
Hope aboard the free shuttle (there's a stop close by) and take a stress-free ride into Blue Mountain Village no matter the season. When the snow is falling, this area becomes a wintersports wonderland for skiing, sledding, and snowmobiling. And when the temperatures rise, hit the many hiking and biking trails, ride the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster, and indulge in a variety of watersports on Georgian Bay, all within a couple miles of this rental.

Over a Great Place

Overall a great place, but a couple quirks. The bedrooms are next to all the street lights, and the blinds are extremely thin so the rooms are very bright at night. Better blinds would be appreciated. The AC also didn’t work at all.Other than these two things, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen and living room are great, and the main bathroom is spacious as well.

Nice mountainside spot to stay

Nice place. Bedrooms need blackout shades with the lighting right outside the windows key fob and 10 digit entry code is a bit complex with multiple people staying and needing access throughout the day.

Very homey condo with ski in ski out, comfy beds, allot of dishes, cups, pans etc.. awkward with one fob for a family and very long door code to get in and out. Nice big window in living room. It served us well with family of 4 and a dog. We would stay here again.

Excellent Place for a Getaway

It was a last minute booking & we got the unit for a good price. It is located about 10 minutes walk from The Village. The unit was cozy, spacious, & clean. The kitchen & dining area are of good size. The living room is big & we like the spacious sitting/lying area beside the window. The master bedroom is huge & comfy. The ensuite bathroom is equally big. The second bedroom with a queen bed & a double bunk bed is a bit tight but would be a great room for families with children. The 2nd bathroom is of normal size. We enjoyed our stay & had a great time. The communication through emails were good; the instructions were clear. Would have appreciated it if the key fob lock box was beside/near the unit's door instead of at the ski storage.

Really nice place! Very reserved and quiet. It’s a good experience to have an entire place for my family, we’re travelling with 7 people altogether and there were enough and comfortable space for everyone. There were some towels, bed sheets, toiletries provided for us, and also the home was equipped with some kitchen appliances and utensils available to use. I would recommend and come back to this property.

Excellent location

We stayed here with 2 families and 3 kids under 10. It was a perfect location right next to the ski hill. Easy in and out access especially when the kids needed a break. The accommodations are great with 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed for meals.

We loved the fireplace. We didn't like the flooring. It was too slippery to walk with socks. The kids kept falling. Luckily no one got injured.

Great place for family

Very nice place for our family skiing trip to Blue Mountain. You can ski in from the green hill happy valley to the back door or to the ski locker and can also ski directly from the condo to the lift. The unit has a nice whirlpool in the main bathroom and a built in steam generator so great to warm up and relax those sore muscles! The property managers are very responsive to issues and questions so highly recommended!

The check in experience at this property was horrible. Our stay had included a ski locker, and the keys were nowhere to be found in the unit. Turns out, the keys were missing so we didn’t have a ski locker for our snowboards, but they gave us a $50 refund. The fob is very difficult to open the door too. When we got into the unit, there was a four hour power outage in the area. We didn’t have any flashlights or candles. When we called the property manager to get updates, they were located in a different country and were not helpful at all, they would put us on hold for twenty minutes and not come back. We thought we would have to sleep there with no heat. When we asked if they would refund our night or find lodging with heat, they didn’t even consider helping us. We were travelling with a two year old and absolutely terrified. The floor clearly had not been mopped and was filthy. Our room was totally BRIGHT the entire night because there was lights right outside our window and the blinds were not helpfu, so we couldn’t sleep the entire time.

Great place to stay!

Came here with a few friends for a ski trip over the weekend. Place was even better than expected! Spacious and very clean. The couch and chairs were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on. Will be back!
