“clean room and helpful staff some of the walls and stairs in the facility need to be cleaner but overall it was a good stay”

“I hated the the place rapid with bed bugs, they knew about a mold problem that presented mold and we had to request another room because I am allergic to mold as well as they never came in to clean anything or replace towels etc... The worst I have ever been to!”

“I walked into my room to find a bucket on the bed catching water from a leaking roof. The non smoking room smells so badly like smoke. I was in the room for a total of 1 minute before leaving and finding a different place to stay. The property refused to give any refund.”

“Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never...

“CALl IT WHAT IT IS If you are an AT hiker looking for a place to sleep close to the trail, in the dry, this is a good option. The bed was clean, had a refrigerator and ceiling fan, but no coffee pot. The bathroom and shower are communal so be aware there is not a bathroom in each “cabin,” nor can you lock your door from the inside. Thus “resort” is misleading. I am not sure why they chose to include “resort” in naming this place. It is very clearly a nice rustic campground with four hostel...

“Comfortable stay and lots of options for food choices”

“This hotel has seen better days. Ongoing renovations appear to be done by someone off craigslist. The room was clean, its in a so-so quiet area ( the fire department next door tested their truck sirens at 8 am on a Sunday) but it is convenient to I 26”

“The room I stayed in was great for my weekend stay. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.”

“Hotel was clean and located near lots of chain food restaurants. I did not receive great service at the hotel burger spot; the burger was overpriced and trying to be fancy, and it took burgers way too seriously.”

“Staff was very friendly. Room matched the price point, as the room looked rough, shower/tub was sketchy, shower curtain rod mounts had been pulled from the walls and gently replaced. Continental breakfast was set up next to the laundry equipment and included only coffee, juice, yogurt, and a waffle maker. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable.”

“Wonderful place. Very clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is there were people yelling and cussing all night on the 4th floor. Other than that the hotel itself was worth the money. Staff was friendly as well.”
