“Room appeared to be clean, but very worn. The carpet was in tatters at the door and the bed was horrible. You could see the sag in the mattress from the doorway. We had booked for 2 nights. The bed was so bad that we left after 1 night. When we told the front desk that the bed was so bad that we were checking out, she just said "OK". We forfeited a paid night and she didn't seem to care. ”

“The rooms have been recently updated. The room was very clean, front desk staff are always friendly, and service is always exceptional. This is my favorite place to stay in Branson. I would have liked some boiled eggs and/or yogurt, or maybe cottage cheese and fresh fruit like bananas to balance breakfast as I cannot eat grease (sausage), and don't care for scrambled eggs much. “We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The owners were very helpful, and the kitchen ladies were very friendly and helpful. It was fun having a jacuzzi right in our room. We stayed in March, just as the season was beginning so our first morning there was no breakfast but the owner gave me the key to the breakfast room so I could use the toaster. “It was in a great location for what we wanted to do. Rooms are dated, however, the price was good. We've been to Branson many times, and every time we've been, there are more things that went out of business. ”

“Everything was great except there wa no microwave in the room and the tv was stuck on hdmi and I couldn’t get the regular tv to work I checked in late so there was no one office but it was ok I went to bed anyways the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great ”

“Our stay was somewhat disappointing. We asked for a quiet room but the female receptionist did not seem to care what she gave us. First, we got a room at second floor where we could hear the lift, then we got a room where there was some engine sound, probably from ground floor. Did not sleep much that night. Breakfast was nice, but this hotel is too highly priced compared to what you get.”
