“This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. No room housekeeping. 1 day out of 7. Had to go down to get clean towels because no one ever brought them to me. Breakfast was so-so. Not the normal at other Hampton Inns. I DID NOT GET HILTON POINTS FOR THIS STAY FROM HILTON. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE INTERESTED GO TO THE HILTON GARDEN INN NEXT DOOR!”

“I booked the hotel stating explicitly that we needed a room for 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids, 14, 17 and 17. When we came to the hotel they charged us $10 extra for a fold out bed, as it was obvious that you can't fit 3 kids in a queen size bed. This was not what we expected. I did not expect this from either Hotels.com nor the hote.”

“The worst… Booked via Expedia, input the wrong card information. Literally called hotel within 5 minutes of noticing my mistake, and asked could they update my card information. They told me, they couldn’t, and I had to call Expedia. Called Expedia, same song and dance. I told them to cancel the reservation at this point because that’s ridiculous I can’t edit a reservation within 10 minutes of booking it. I can understand days, not 10 minutes.
