“Nice new property, clean, spacious room with full kitchen, and staff would definitely stay here again.”

“Our rooms weren't ready until after 4:00 when they clearly state that check-in is 3:00, so we sat in the lobby for over an hour which put us a real bind for the plans we had when we got to town....and we weren't the only ones. On top of that, the girl at the desk had a terrible attitude, was rude, and simply did not care. She told us they only have 1 cleaning crew and there is nothing she can do. That may have been the case, but that is not the problem of your paying guests. Figure it out! ...

“Stayed 3 nights and are satisfied. The only thing missing was breakfast. Close to the hotel was Dennys so we solved the breakfast well. ”

“Had to leave went to a Holiday inn. The cigarette burns all over the bathroom wall and the bugs not to mention the door had been previously kicked in so the lock didn’t work.”

“Ended up leaving and getting a refund. Room was filthy. Had stains on the bedding and and the mattress cover. Look like the sheets were never cleaned”

“Didn’t end up even staying! We walked into the room, saw the condition and decided we had to leave. It reeked of weed, had yellow stains on the bed and when I called to let them know, they just sent someone up to spray something to help with the smell! Horrible! We ended up loosing out on our money.”

“Låg servicenivå, låg standard, undermålig frukost. Har aldrig tidigare blivit nedgraderad när jag blir väckt mitt i natten av andra gäster. I ena fallet störande gäster där polis behövde tillkallas, i andra fall rummet ovanför har översvämmat svämmat badkaret och det droppar ner i mitt rum och jag måste packa ihop allt och byta rum mitt i natten. Fick tillbaka motsvarande rum dagen därpå men service är inte den starkaste egenskapen hos flertalet av hotellets personal. Inväntar kompensationen...
