“I was charged for a wrong booking. Even immediately after the booking I called Expedia and told them, no action was taken either by hotel or by Expedia. This is day time scam goin on here.”
“The hotel room & hallways had a musty order smell. The ac in the room had black mold on it. It was reported and clean. The staff was responsive & polite. Had to request towels as they were not replaced even though on floor, only the trash was removed.”
