âI spoke to the front desk stating there was mold on our window sill and to please remove it. 3 times I asked them and it was not completed. We also noticed on Sunday our sheets were ripped. I didnât mention this as we were leaving the following day. This morning I spoke to the front desk regarding the mold and he said I need to request a refund from you. Please advise.â
