“We had such a great stay here! The hotel was super nice and really clean, which is always a big deal for us. The location was perfect, most of the tourist spots were less than a 10-minute walk, so it made everything really easy. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and attentive the whole time. We checked in pretty late (around 10 PM), and they still took the time to greet my kids with a little gift, which was so thoughtful. “The management was great. It was very cold when we were in town the main building lobby and restaurant sient have good heating so they were closed 1 of the days. Other than that, it was a good stay.”

“Room wasn’t cleaned, no coffee pods or cups, pool side food order delivered to room instead of pool, took 30 min to get valet parked car because there were so many people checking out. In fairness, the manager did give us a food credit for our trouble. This is a new hotel in a great location but it is understaffed for the number of area events it supports. ”
