“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Is was roomy and cozy. We were greeted with a bowl of sweet treats, which everyone enjoyed and had access to fresh jams that were made from the fruit trees on the property. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to help prepare our meals. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The property manager never sent an email the day before our stay to tell us how to get into the property,I ended up calling her for that information.The property was dirty inside.All the dishes we used had to washed due to grease and residue on them.We only had 2 towels in our unit which had other peoples hair on them,The window in our unit would not close.The bathroom sink was very small.”

“All sixteen of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Koosh Cabins. The beds were comfortable, the outdoor facilities great. We made a lot of s’mores over campfires. We played horseshoes. We lounged on the deck. We enjoyed family gossip in the two living rooms. We never had time for either games or movies. Here is a direct quote from one of us: “One of my top five perfect trips! People, food, weather, eclipse, Capital Reef…all top notch.””

“This was a great property for us close to Capital Reef. It is a bit of a rustic property, but that is part of it's charm. It is very nicely decorated. It is a bit older, so not a brand new modern facility. Just depends on what you are looking for. But considering the limited opportunities in this area, this is a great find.”
