âI enjoyed my stay here. The keycards were a little difficult at times to use for many people. It became a joke for everyone who used the elevators in the Forum tower because it would not always scan properly. I also look young for my age, so I made sure I walk with my ID because I was stopped upon entry everytime there was a new security person at the desk. A nice problem to have. â
âBeautiful hotel on the Detroit River! Clean, comfortable and very friendly & accommodating staff! The breakfast was great! The pool was small but clean and comfortable. Our suite on the 11th floor was phenomenal! Great view of Detroit! We also took advantage and walked the river across the street multiple times. Tremendous location.â
âThe view from our room was spectacular and everything was perfect. The only issue was that there was not parking available at the hotel as described. We had to park across the street and were told the fee would be the same. It was pretty inconvenient and we were glad we didnât have much luggage. Also when we left the next morning the fee for parking was actually more. â
âWell set up with a common kitchen area, basic room and bathroom. Everything one needs. Location was very convenient. Host was very approachable, even though not on site, and responded very quickly to questions. â
âI had really good time at the hotel. All the staff were very helpful. I would recommend it to everyone. I work in a hotel and i always expect a lot from the hotel i stay at when i travel and this hotel was great to stay at. â
