“Top marks for clean. Parking is a challenge, the subterranean lot is tight as a can of sardines.
Location is great, lots of nearby restaurants, check out the Blue Hen across the street.
Everything you see about thin walls is true. You can hear your neighbors clearly. Lucky it is not a party hotel, we did fine with noise after 10 pm.
I liked the room, easy to spread out and relax.

“Hotel Bethany Beach was lovely! We got vouchers for beach chairs and an umbrella every day, two free tickets for dino mini golf, and a decent breakfast every morning. The location is awesome; just minutes from the beach (you could walk, drive, or take the trolley). The staff were super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!”

“We had an amazing stay. Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. All of the amenities were amazing and there was even more than I knew was included when I originally booked it. I loved that you could use all amenities a few hours before check in and also after checkout until 3pm. “I really wanted to give this hotel a glowing review. They have a great location, super easy access to the beach, good views, and a fantastic room layout that worked really well for us and our 2 little kids.
We had two major issues. First, the internet and cell service is horrible. We could only use our phones on our balcony and none of the wifi services on the TV worked. Secondly, I complained 3 times about our neighbor constantly smoking on their balcony and I was brushed off and insulted....

“The room was clean, but very musty smelling. The walkways and stairs had garbage on them. For 3 days no one cleaned them. Beds were left unmade, only garbage from room removed. There were neighboring rooms that looked like they had too many people in them, just hanging out, and it was noisy. Had a trailer park vibe! Pool was nice, though! ”

“They recently started charging $15 for parking. I think that's ridiculous, if more than one vehicle sure. Sent an online check in which did nothing but had to do again anyway (waste of time). Long line to check in at 4pm could be better. Why not have the pre-check in work and send text when room is ready to pick up key or send key info to phone and no key card at all. Great location.
