“The hotel was convenient to Grest American Ballpark. The room was a pet room, and the room had an odor.”

The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!”

“Easy shuttle from CVG. Comfy beds and pillows, very hot shower, good gym and pool area, and decent restaurant and bar. There is nothing around unless you uber or drive, but a good hotel for a short business trip.”

“Breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. The rooms were clean and quiet. It felt safe and very family friendly. The staff were all very kind. The pool area did not have towels and the pool area & water were extremely cold. We weren’t able to swim because of it. The workout room is also missing most of the dumbbells. Other equipment was great though.”

“The location of this property was great—close to a lot of things, easy access to the highway, etc. The room was mostly clean, although I did touch up a bit with my own Clorox wipes a few spots that looked questionable. The stairwell and hallway had kind of a funky smell, but the room itself was fine. My biggest concern was the security of the building. People kept propping the exterior door closest to my room. In fact, in the two days of my stay, not once did I have to use my key card to gain...
