âFirst and foremostâŠthe staffâŠhands down the most kindest and welcoming! I forgot the name of the lady that helped us check-in, but she was so warm and bubbly it helped calm our nerves as we had a very chaotic day and were so ready to sleep! And Claire who we saw the next day, was so caring I had not brought sanitary pads with me on my trip and it was kind of her that she lent me her own! A few days later there was a gentleman at the reception who was very patient with answering the many question...

âBemötandet av tjejen i receptionen nĂ€r vi kom var fantastiskt. Vi kunde checka in lite tidigare och tjejen hjĂ€lpte oss till rummet och var vĂ€ldigt trevlig och hjĂ€lpsam.
Rummet var lite lyhört men absolut inte sÄ att det störde. Sköna sÀngar och frÀscht rum.
Negativt: NÀr vi skulle Àta frukost saknades ALLT. Vi var 6 personer som skulle dela pÄ 1 tallrik, 1 Àgg, 2 toast-bröd. NÀr vi frÄgade om pÄfyllning var det antingen jobbigt att ta fram eller slut. Det blev tillslut en yoghurt och en toast...
âEtt fint och pampigt hotell ute pĂ„ den engelska landsbygden. VĂ„rt största bekymmer under vĂ„r vistelse var brist pĂ„ luftkonditionering i rummet dĂ„ det rĂ„dde vĂ€rmebölja i England och nĂ€tterna var nĂ€stan outhĂ€rdliga.
Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell för barnfamiljer, dÄ det inte finns sÄ mycket att göra. Vill man bada i spabadet kostar detta extra. Endast bastu, Ängrum och gym ingÄr i hotellpriset. Frukosten var bra om man gillar engelsk frukost. Den kontinentala delen av frukosten var lite...
âLovely area - Harlow Park. The property has a beautiful well- kept garden. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere in the house was homely. Food and drink available to buy and prepare on site in the well- eqipped kitchen. Books and board games galore. â

âBlev först tilldelade ett fruktansvĂ€rt dĂ„ligt rum(trots gott om lediga rum) bytte o nya rummet helt ok......dĂ„lig o okunnig personal i matsalen....övrigt okâ

Vi kom dit vĂ€ldigt sent sĂ„ vi fick ingen parkering, dom hade nĂ„gra fĂ„ parkeringsplatser och dom var gratis men upptagna sĂ„ fick flytta bilen 07 pĂ„ morgonen för dĂ„ fanns det plats - ingen annan parkering i nĂ€rheten. Ligger i ett lite rufft omrĂ„de i Londons utkant (Essex, Ilford) med mycket missbrukare men gick Ă€ndĂ„ bra att gĂ„ runt dĂ€r pĂ„ dagen. Fanns ett dygnet runt öppet supermarket (typ Ica) i nĂ€rheten och mycket affĂ€rer och gallerier och resturanger i nĂ€rheten och tĂ„g in...
âNice hotel with comfortable stay. Very little sounds from outside. Very nice service from the lovely staff. The breakfas was a bis basic but it had all the essentials (filter coffee with choices of milk inc plant milk; cereal, fruit, toast, jam..). One thing they could improve is to have reading lamps by the bed. â
âWe got a warm welcome from the staff when we arrived, they were very kind and helpful.
But the rooms, on the other hand, were not good at all. It was extremely dirty and moldy.
The bathroom wasnât cleaned, the carpet was filthy and the bed and headboard full of hair and stains.
They didnât clean the rooms at all under the period of 4 days we stayed there.

âIt is good value. It is good enough for a short stay. It is clean. Only one little thing, the mirror should be on the wall in the bathroom not on the floor in the doorway. The barman (receptionist)is very helpful, very clear about information and very polite. â

"The hotel is clean and quiet.
The breakfast is a little bit poor in variety and quantities.
The staff were always unsure whether I paid for the breakfast or not so they kept asking me whether I paid for the breakfast or not.
