“One of my best hotel experiences ever! Very nice and comfortable room, great shower. Everyone in the staff were so nice and helpful. Really tasty and big breakfast with many options. Dinner at the restaurant was also good and reasonably priced. Location near Loch Neds, with beatiful landscapes nearby. Terriffic value for money!”

“We had a wonderful stay in room King Charles. Mark was very accommodating and provided oatmilk and fresh fruit when we informed him we didn’t eat meat.
We used to outdoor jacuzzi, which is private for the room. An amazing experience with incredible views in the evening. It’s good to know that they charge you for using the jacuzzi though, 20 quid per day. Breakfast was decent enough, but not very versatile.
We got (not newly baked) croissants every day, marmelad, butter, cheese, yogurt,...

“Beyond Impressive. I arrived via public transport in the later afternoon and collected my keycard which was nearly presented in a little envelope by the bar staff (they have a restaurant and bar in the adjacent building). I booked a shared room, however, I was the only guest in this room. There was an impeccably clean shower and toilet with soap in each and a complimentary towel. The room was well heated for winter and had a clothing rack with hangars and two bunk beds. The view of the stream...

“Great stay - entry was easy and without any fuss. The room is large and bed was great, ample power points with USB A and C.
We stayed overnight on the way to Loch Ness Marathon - will be back during the daytime to visit the rewinding centre properly, as it looked really interesting.
Good parking at the main car park, with EV chargers - a great perk in the not-so-well-served highlands ”

“A very cosy house right in the heart of Fort Augustus. The living room was lovely with the fireplace, though we forgot to ask for more firewood and it got a bit cold at night. It was very peaceful—I think we were the only guests! The room is small if you're travelling with luggage, but very comfortable and warm. The bathroom was perfectly adequate. Breakfast was basic but decent.”

“Vårt rum hade utsikt mot de kända slussarna i Fort Augustus på riktigt nära håll. Så om det regnade så kunde man se slussarna från rummet utan att stå ute i regnet. Fascinerande utsikt alltså. Och rummet var lagom stort och fräscht med sköna sängar och modernt badrum.

“It was a great stay in Loch Ness Gate House Apartment. There is very clean and spacious. Both the bedroom are very big. The king and queen bed are very comfortable. The decoration is also very tasteful. The best is the open kitchen. All cooking utensils are fully equipped, including salt, oil, sugar and dishwasher.
