“Staff was friendly Room was clean , bed comfortable Building is a bit tired, needs updates Breakfast was inedible; cold and rubbery. I was there 5 nights for work. Gave up on the 3rd morning. Didn't expect gourmet or wise variety but it should be palatable”

“I was disappointed to learn when I got to the hotel. That there was no food service on-site. There is a restaurant, but that was booked out for a large group. I reached out to the front desk to see if they had a toothbrush, because I forgot mine, and they didn't. The HVAC in the room was very loud but bed was comfortable.”

Our rooms had been canceled because of a glitch with our credit card, and no one contacted us to let us know. We were told the system automatically cancels reservations in these situations, which is concerning when you're traveling and expecting your room to be waiting for you. “They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. ”
