“Nice area. Felt safe outside. Parking should come included and not be an additional charge. Rooms could be cleaner. Black hairs found on mattress and awful smell coming from shower. Staff was great. Breakfast bar was top notch! Amazing food! ”

“Super convenient for UGA. Rooms are small; bathrooms are tiny; but all up to date. I booked two adults, but UGA Daughter decided to stay with us and I listed that (in writing) at front desk…would have been classy IF check-in provided 3 comp breakfast vouchers; but that didn’t happen. “Then whole floor smelled weed. This is a large hotel, and this is not the first time I stay here. But I notice the people that tend to stay here are more and more sketchy. The whole floor smelled to marihuana. Sad.”

“The staff were friendly. One in particular helped me get back in my room when the something jammed in the door. It was clean and quiet.”

“The room was clean but I had no lights aside from a few desk lamps, one of which was making electrical noises and flickering. The shower was clean but the shelf inside was not level and my soap kept sliding off. In addition the shower pressure was terrible. Otherwise everything was fine.”

“Staff did not clean room or provide towels the second day of a 3 day stay. Lower area not to my standards for a Best Western but I don't know anything about tower rooms. Parking is minimal and difficult to acquire if late returning. Breakfast was definitely of low standards with minimal selections. No breakfast available last morning at 0800 on April 20,2026, no coffee, nothing.”

“The staff at the reception were courteous and helpful. I used the stationary bicycle in the gym. Didn't have time to use the indoor pool but it looked clean. I didn't like the smell of the room. It took a bit of work to program TV so I could watch. Convenient location. Reasonable price.”
