“There wasn’t a way to open the window, so the air was stuffy. The staff woke me up at 8:30 in the morning asking me if I needed room service, which I was not impressed with. The man who checked me in last night, August 1, 2026 was extremely helpful and extremely nice. I appreciated him.”

“This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel. Both times the staff was courteous and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable and the linens were new and clean. There is a gym, business center, meeting rooms, and a pool. It is within walking distance of restaurants, and an easy drive to other stores and restaurants. Very nice.”

“The room was just remodeled so that was ok. The amenities are what upset me. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. Its like it was made in the microwave. The pool has way too much chlorine which made my eyes burn after 10 minutes of being in the room. The dining area chairs were all ripped. The biggest issue is its located in the back of a liquor store which seems to be thw hangout spot for alot of people.”

“The rooms and public places were clean. Check in/out was seamless. The reason for a 4 star was due to small but useful things being overlooked like non working fridge, no cups and a non working ice machine.”

“The coffee and staff was amazing…..the smell and climate of the hotel was below average but the actual room was great. Again staff and coffee was on point”
