âWe were given a handi cap room which was not the best as everything was low sink, bed ect. We were not informed prior to our stay I would have booked elsewhere. To find our room was like a rabbit warren if a disabled person had to walk to the end of long and narrow corridors it would terrible. Not impressed at allâ

âWe, a family of five, spent three nights at this amazing hotel in the vicinity of Bath. We have no complaints whatsoever. The eight acre garden was beautiful and so was the building. The room was spatious and clean, the staff were friendly and breakfast was perfect. The kids loved the pool and my wife loved the cats strolling along in the garden. I would recommend this hotel to anyone searching for relaxation and some time off.â
âWe stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginnyâs communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didnât think would come in time (although it did in the end).
The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. â
