âThe service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. â
âAmazing property and even more amazing staff! Great service and they knew my name after the first day and it was such a nice touch! You can tell they really care about every guest, I had an extremely early check out time and they had my car pulled up and someone to meet me in the morning with coffee brewed already! It was the best ever!!! â
âThe location is just steps away from The Plaza. The bed was so comfortable and the entire property was very clean and beautifully cared for. Every staff member is so friendly. We will definitely plan on staying at Hotel de Chimayo again.â
âWe go to Santa Fe once a year! Hotel Santa Fe is our go to hotel. It is beautiful, clean and has friendly staff. They have an excellent restaurant and a full bar in house. You almost never have to leave the hotel!! If you do decide to get out they have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up within a mile radius of the hotel!! They thought of everything!! Who could ask for more??â
âThe Sage is a great, affordable hotel. Our room was super clean& updated. The bed was very comfortable, great breakfast and they have a van driver to take you into Sante Fe plaza area and puck you up! Carla and Eddie, our drivers were the best!â
âThe property is located on the hill just outside -10 min drive, of the downtown and the Plaza. So itâs quieter, with the mountain view. Has a large pool and a pool bar.
The lobby area was under renovation when we arrived, but they fixed it right up.
Overall, friendly, helpful staff, clean room. We enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe and the Lodge.â
