“The hotel is easy to find and holds good quality. Cleaning very good of the room and comfortable bed even if I dont really appreciate that the blanket just has a sheet over and not is really "tucked in/covered". Parking is free but was difficult to find when it was a wedding/event at the hotel during the w-e. Took a package with breakfast included, do not recommend that, below average regarding service and quality of breakfast and in the end was charged for breakfast and took long time to sort...

“Nice comfy bed. Good that they have a fridge and a stove and microvave, allthough you have to pay to get the essentials like plates, forks, fryingpans and so on... Most of the staff were vey nice! There was one lady in the reception that had kind of like an attitude, maybe she was on her period? Otherwise walking disstance from the univeristy of Michigan wich was the most important thing to me!”

“Stayed here for 7 nights. Great location with clean rooms and a good breakfast that varied a little each day. Close to lots of restaurants. Nice staff, easy parking. The only con for us was that the bed was a little too firm.”

“I gave 3 stars for amenities. They have a great gym and a very nice pool. The pool was closed for maintenance the entire week From what I understand they couldn’t get the chemical levels right. Disappointing for me as the pool was one of deciding factors on booking this hotel. The staff is super nice and accommodating, the breakfast selection is very good and the lady is constantly restocking everything. I would definitely stay here again but I will make sure the pool is in working condition.”

“I would not recommend staying at Imperial Suites. We left within 10 minutes of arriving because the property was not what we expected. The outside appeared very run down, and there were people standing around the property, which made us uncomfortable. The area did not feel safe. The room itself had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The shower head and ceiling appeared damaged, with visible cracks. The towels looked dirty, the lights flickered instead of staying consistently on, and...

“The Hotel itself was not as depicted in the online photos, both indoor and outdoor were very unappealing. I booked the King Suite with jetted hot tub. During check in the staff were very condescending and rude as well as unhelpful. The walk to the room was very eye opening. Trash bins in the hall full of garbage. The reek of marijuana and the stench of mildew”

“I am local but had to book a room due to my power being out on the hottest day of the year so far. I needed a pet-friendly hotel. My dog is afraid of tile floors and trying to get him to our room was impossible. He's over 60 pounds and I couldn't carry him over the tiles along with my luggage. Our front desk greeter graciously offered to carry my scared pup to our room, and was successful in doing so. He deposited my scared pup to the door, brushed off the abundance of dog hair that...

“Nicole at the front desk was very nice and professional. We had an issue with the first room, and she gave us a new one right away. The pool area was small but nice. The breakfast was good”
