âIt's such a lovely spot and the room was spacious, super clean and with a view out to the lovely surrounding area. The bed was also very comfy and the pillow too, and this from someone who is princess and the pea with her pillows! I also got a really great rate for my one night stay.â

âGreat pub, exceptionally clean, comfortable and modern rooms and super friendly staff. As a bonus, the food is of a very high standard and the Guinness was decent. Canât fault this place in any way, stopped here to be in the area for the snooker at the Crucible in Sheffield, it was a 20 minute taxi ride from here to Sheffield Town Centre. As Arnie saidâŠ.. âWe spent one night at the Family Tree, and were very pleased with the stay. The staff members were friendly, the room was cozy and fresh. The breakfast was the best during our four days in the UK. It would have been nice to stay another day. â

Staff: super friendly. I have been in many hotels but never was welcomed at breakfast this way: table assigned to keep the privacy, explanation on breakfast. Loved it.
Breakfast: fresh fruits, warm meal, danish, yoghurt, all you need. And good coffee!â

âWe had a really lovely night here. We came up to stay for a sports competition. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and made a special effort for us to have an early breakfast. The rooms were fine and clean. The rooms are basic but it's a good price for it. Beds were comfy.
We ate in the restaurant, and the food and service was fabulous!

âLovely, cosy pub hotel. Great food with a choice of menus, ranging from the tasting menu to simple (but very well done) pub fayre. We chose from the pub menu, special mention to the fish and chips, perfect! Accompanied by a good choice of drinks, with beer from the local Thornbridge brewery. Very handy spot for local attractions. We stayed for one night on a mini-break and the room was perfect. Lovely bedroom decoration, nicely fitted out bathroom with a decent sized bath and rainfall...

Vi besökte Ă€ven den nĂ€rliggande spa-anlĂ€ggningen, men det var inte heller nĂ„got att hĂ€nga i granen - överpris för en minimal pool, fotbad som inte fungerade och tre bastu...
âSmall but clean room and en suite shower room. Was a little noisy from the main road with the window open but fine at night when closed. The charging sockets were useful and the host was really helpful, letting me borrow a hairdryer. Parking was easy around the back of the property and access was convenient through the side entrance. Perfect for my needs this weekend and good value.â
