The one manager just sat and was on his phone at all times. After all of my years with HI, it keeps getting worse. There was no pride showing. The elevator had grass on both elevator floors. “Very clean inside the room & around the property. Staff was very nice and helpful. Toilet was broken and maintenance was sent out very fast. Beds were comfy.”
