Hotels are ALWAYS able to email-It was too late to find other accommodations but have been trying to contact the general manager for 1 week since the stay to discuss this situation and they have made no attempt to return any phone calls-This is a hospitality industry and I find it unbelievable the lack of consideration, courtesy and professionalism.”

“Everything was really amazing! The staff were all very helpful, the breakfast had a good variety except no waffles only pancakes for those waffle lovers wondering about that. The hot tub and pool area was quiet and relaxing and the room was super clean. The location is in a great area. The only thing that was kind of annoying was having to pay for parking but that was understandable considering the placement of the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would totally stay here again!”
