“We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

“I liked the orientation of the room. Unfortunately we were situated on the bottom floor next to the swimming pool. The pool pump cycled every few moments. The vibration and noise made it impossible to sleep. I requested to be moved to another room but was told there was none available. I went down for coffee at 6 am and spoke with a different clerk than the one that had told me nothing was available. She told me a room was available upstairs and my wife and I immediately moved. We had planned...

“The staff was great. Great location. But I was itching really bad on my first night because I have sensitive skin, so I put a pretzel down in the other side of the bed that I slept in just to see if they clean their sheets. I checked it the next day I came back and the pretzel was still there. So I slept in the other bed. The next day I asked room service to change the sheets while I was there. The pool was also a brownish. Other than that it wasn’t bad for the price.”

“the hotel was really run down. I broke out in a skin rash from the hard sheets. I asked for a crib for my granddaughter and it was a sleep and play that looked like it was pulled from the dumpster. The staff at check in was great and the breakfast was good but so crowded most of the food was gone. I won't stay there again Just not my way of staying!”
